1b. The Mortgagor will give immediate notice by ~agistered
or certified mail to ~he Mortgagee of any fire, damage or otY:er
casualty af.:ecting the mortgaged property, or of any conveyanee,
transfer or change in ownersiiip of such property, or any part
thereof . .
17. Notice and demand or request may be made in writing and
may be served in pereon or by ma.il. .
18. In case of a foreclosure sale of the mortgaged pro~erty
it may be sold in one parcel.

19. The Mortgagor will not assign the rents, if any, in whole
or in part, from the mortga~ed property, or.any paxt thereof, with-
out -che prior written consent of the Mortgagee. ,
20. The Mortgagor is lawf~.illy seized of the martgaged property
and has good right, full power and lawful authority to sell and con-
vey the same in the manner above provided, and will warrant and
defend the same to the Morzgagee forever against the lawful claims
and demands of any and all ~arties whatsoever.
21. The Mortgagor hereby waives the benefit of all home-
stead exemptions as to the debt secured by this Mortgage and as
to any expenditure for insurance, taxes, levies, assessnents, dues
- or charges incurred by the Mortgagee pursuant to any provision of ~ •
this Mortgage. ~
This Mortgage and all the covenants, agreements, ierms and
conditions herein contained shall be binding upon and inure to the •
benefi-'t of ~he Mortgagor and the heirs, legal representatives and
ass~gns of the Nortgagor, and, to the extent permitted by law,
every subsequent owner of the mortgaged property, and shall be
bindir.~; upon and inure to the benefit of the Mortgagee and its .
assigns. If the Mortgagor, as defined herein, consists of two or
more parties, tnis Mortgage sha.i.l constitute a grant and mortgage
by all of tnen jointlJ and severally, and they shall be obligated

the i3ote. The word "Mortgagee" shall include any persoi;, corpor-
ation or other party who may from time to time be the hoi.der of this
Mortgage. ~~Therever used herein the aingular number shall ~nclude
the piural, t:,e plural numr,er shall include the singular, ar,d the
use o°~any gender shall be applicabie to all genders wherever.t'ne
