hereby satisfy and surrender the original mortgage note securing

NORWOOD, husband and wife, to HELEN SHAW OPDYKE, a single adult,
which mortgaqe is dated November 29, 1963, and filed in O.R. Book
76, at Paqe 29, of the St. Lucie County Public Records, and i fur-
ther state that the said HELEN SHAW OPDYKE is alive, unmarried, and
that the said Power of Attorney is in full force and effect, and
that I do satisfy the aforesaid mortqage incumbering the following-
described real property:
Lots 15 and 16, Block 12, HARMONY
HEiGHTS NO. 4, as per plat thereof
recorded in Plat Book 9, at Page 71,
of the St. Lucie County Public Re- ~
