"FIRST PARTI$S" and WILLIAM G. hIlsiLKSR and JANIC$ I. WALKSR, his ;
wife, 304 N. 28th Street, Fort Pierce, Florida, hereinafter referred
to as "SECOND PARTI$S";

1'hat if the Second Parties shall first make the payments and
perform the covenants hereinafter mentioned on their part to be made
and performed, First Parties hereby covenant and agree to convey and
assure to Second Parties, their heirs, executors, administrators or
assigns, in fee simple, free from all encumbrances, by a good and
sufficient Warranty Deed, the follawing described property situate
in St. Lucie County, Florida:
Lot 9, Block 2, of SANDRA COURT, as per plat thereof on file
in Plat Book 8, page 45, public records of St. Lucie County,
Florida.
, And Second Parties hereby covenant and agree to pay First Parties '

the sum of $7,500.00 with interest from date at the rate of 796 per
annum, as follaws:
$300.00 on or before the signing of this Agreement, receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged;
And the balance of $7,200.00 in monthly installments of
g $70.00 per month beginning October 1, 1968, and on the lst
~ day of each succeeding month thereafter until the whole be

If the above-mentioned monthly payment in the amount of $70.00
is not received by the 7th day of each month, a late~charge
of $2.50 shall be added to said monthly payment;
