ARTICLSS OF AGR$EMENT - Page 2.
Second Parties hereby agree to pay all costs connected
with the recording of this agreement, which is to be
recorded by December 31, 1968, in order for Second Parties
to receive homestead exemption.
First Parties agree to utilize so much of the $70.00 monthly
payments as is necessary to pay the ad valorem taxes on the afore-
mentioned real property as well as the insurance premiums due thereon
each year.
Second Parties agree to pay all costs, charges, and expenses,
including attorneys fees and title searches, reasonably incurred
or paid by First Parties because of the failure of Second Parties
to promptly and fully comply with all conditions and covenants of
this agreement. In the event Second Parties fail to pay when due
any sums of money payable by virtue of this Agreement, within 15
days next~after the same becomes due, or if each and every the
agreement, stipulations, conditions and covenants of this Agreement
are not_fully performed, complied with and abided by, then the
entire unpaid balance of this Agreement shall forthwith and thereafter,

I at the option of First Parties, become due and payable and the
~ estate hereby created in Second Parties shall cease, terminate and

be null and void. Furthermore, this Agreement shall, at the option ~
of First Parties, be forfeited and terminated and Second Parties
shall forfeit all payments made by them on this Agreement and such
payments shall be retained by First Parties and First Parties shall
have the right to re-enter and take possession of the premises afore-
said without being liable for any action therefor. Z'his Agreement
shall bind and benefit the parties hereto, their heirs, executors,
. administrators and assigns.
