TBIS AGRS~NT made and entered into in Fort Pierce, St. Lucie ~
County, Florida, on this ~a~ day of ~~A.D. 1968, by and be-
tween WILLIAM~H. RE$D and $DITH J. REED, his wife, of St. Lueie
County, Florida (herein called the Seller), and BALE ORTLY LANTIS ~

St. Lucie County, Florida, (herein called the Purchaser)=
WHBR$IN it is mutually agreed as followss
l. If the Purchaser shall firat make the payment and keep,

observe and perform the covenants hereinafter mentioned on their part
to be made and to be kept, observed and performed, the Seller covenants
and agrees to convey and issue to the Purchaser, in fee simple, free
and clear of all encumbrances whatsoever, except as herein otherwise
provided, by a good and sufficient warranty deed, all that certain
property situated and lying in Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida, ~
and more particularly described as follows:
The South 90 feet of Lots 11 & 12, ,
of Block 6, CRAM$R'S ADDITION, to
the City of Fort Pierce, according ~
to Plat Book 2, Page 10, Public ~
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
2. The purchase price therefor shall be the sum of SEVEN THOU-
SAND FINE HUNDRSD FIFTY ($7,550.00) DOLLARS, which the Purchaser hereby
covenanta and agrees to pay to the Seller as followss
(a) Fifty dollars in cash, the receipt whereof is hereby ack-

nowledged by the Seller, and ;

, ~b) The balance of $7,580.00 in equal monthly installments of
875.00 each, the fi st of which monthly payments shall be du~e and

3. The Purchaser agrees that the said deferred payments shall
include intereat at the rate of 6~96 per annum, on the ur?paid principal
