HomeMy WebLinkAbout2832 effect as if a warranty deed to said premisea had been duly made, executed and delivered by the Seller to the Purchaser as provided hereint but the entry of the Purchaser into the possession of said premises, as herein permitted, shall not be deemed or construed to be an acceptance by the Purcfiaser of the title to t~:e said premises. 8. During the period of his possession of the premises prior to the delivery of said deed, the Purchaser shall not commit nor suffer to be committed any waste in respect of the said premises. 9. Immediately upon the signing and sealing of these presents, the Purchaser agrees to bring the building situate ~n the above des- cribed property up to the standard of the building code of the City of Fort Pierce, without unreasonable or unnecessary delay. 10. The Purchaser shall place and continually keep on the build- ings now or hereafter situated on said premises, and on the personal property therein, fire and windstorm insurance in the usual standard policy forni in a sum not less thari full insurable value in such company or companies as may be approved by the Seller. All such pol- icies shall contain the usual clause making the loas under said policies payable to the Seller asth~ interest may appear. 11. The Seller shall furnish the Purchaser with an Abstract of ~ Title to the premises, certified to the 26th day of , € 19 ~ , and the Purchaser shall have a reasonable time to examine r same. Upon such examination the said Abstract shall be returned to ~ and retain d ~ e by the Seller until the delivery of a Warranty Deed by ~ the Seller to the Purchaser, as herein provided, at such time said ~ ~ ~ abstract shall be delivered to the Purchaser.
