ARTICLES OF AGREF1rlENT
KNOW ALL MEN BY T}~SE PRESSNTS:
That SHELIA A. PII(E, party of the first part, in eonsideration
of the sum af Ten Dollars and other valuable eonsideration to her in
hand paid by HELEN DILL, a single adult, of the County of St. Lucie,
State of Florida, party of the seeond part, at or before the ensealing
and delivery of these presents, the reeeipt whereof is hereby aelmowledged,
has granted, bargained, sold, assigned, transferred and set over, and by
these presents does grant, bargain, sell, assign, transfer and set over
unto the said party of the second part, her heirs and assi.gns, forever,
that Assignment of Artieles of Agreement bearing date the l6th day of
Decenber, 1968, made by_ JOHN DILL and IiBLEN DILL, his wife, to SHELIA A.
PIKE, upon the following deseribed pieee or parcel of land, situate and
being in St. Lueie County, State of Florida, to wit: '
Lot 6, Bloek 2, of LILEM SUBDIVISION, as per
plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 9, at page
73, public reeords of St. Lucie Coimty, Florida.
A portion of the consideration of this assignment being that the i
~ party of the seeond part herein assumes all the obligations and agrees

~ to pay all the payments deseribed in said eontraet ncw due or to beeorr~

~ due, together with all interest sp~eified in said contraet. ±
And upon the perforrnance of all the terms and eonditions and the ~
corr~letion of all payrnents as set forth in said eontraet, by the said party
~ of the seeond part, her heirs and assigns, the party of the first part does .

~ hereby authorize the said C. J. CRIST and IRENE CRIST, his wife, to make,
exeeute and deliver a good and suffieient deed to the property hereinabove

~ deseribed, in like manner as though the original eontraet had been made

~ and exeeuted by the said C. J. CRIST and IRE1~E CRIST, his wife, with the ~

said party of the second part, instead of with SHELIA A. PIKE.
