LBl9IS, who, upon first being dnly sworn, did depose and say that she is
one and the same person as Pearl Ruby Traynor who was named as grantee
in that certain Warranty Deed dated January 13, 1945, and recorded
January 15, 1945, in Deed Book 114, page 315, of the Public Records of
St, Lucie County, Florida.
Aff iant further states that she, along with her husband, Jack
Lewis, did execute that certain Warranty Deed, dated April 15, 1965,
and recorded April 19, 1965, in O. R. Book 115, page 567, of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, wherein title to the North 60 feet
