RIDER
9. To further secure unto the eortgagee the
pay~ent of the aforesaid note and the psrforeaace by '
the eortgagor of all of his pro'ises and covenants
hereia oade~ the aortgagor has and does hereby transfer~
assiga and set over unto the mortgagee all of the rents~
inco~ae and profits Aow or hereafter psrtainiag or
arising froa safd proparty aith full poMer and right
unto the ~aortgagse to rece~ve and collect the sase;
providsd however~ that so long as the ~aortgagor shall
faithful~y keep and perfos~si each and every of his
proaises and covenants set forth in said not~ and set
forth in all other portions of this wortgage and suffer
no default in connectioa therewith, the 'ortgagee shall
allow the 'ortgagor to collect and receive the sa~ee.
