SECOND PARTIES further agree to maintain the property in
condition at all times.
It is understood that an escrow account of FOUR
~ HUNDRED TWENTY DOLLARS ($420.00) is being held by FAA to pay
the installation and assessment of sewer lines which at this
date have been installed but not connected to the house.
Sewers will be connected to the house and cost of same will
be paid when the final bill fraaa the city is forth cocciing.
This agreement shall bind and benefit the parties
hereto, their executors, administrators, and assigns.
