THIS AGREEMENT executed in duplicate this ~ day of December,
A. D. 1968, by MINTON EQUIPMENT COMPANY, a Florida corporation, as
mortgagor and party of the first part, and ~IARIDA BANK AT FORT PIERCE,
a Florida banking corporation with its principal place of business at Fort
Pierce, Florida, as mortgagee, and party of the second part:
WHEREAS, mortgagor by mortgage deed dated September 10, 1968,
recorded in O. R. Book 173, at page 1493 of the public records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, and by supplemental mortgage deed dated September 11,
1968, recorded in O. R. Book 173, at page 1544 of the public records of
said county did secure unto mortgagee a lien on real property in Section 19,
Township 35 South, Range 40 East being more particularly described in said_
mortgage deed and supplemental mortgage deed, for the purpose of securing
the payment unto mortgagee of the promissory note, a true copy of which is
incorporated in said mortgage recorded in O. R. Book 173, page 1493; and
; WHEREAS, the parties hereto are desirous of altering the repayment

~ schedule as provided and set forth by said promissory note;
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the sum of $1.00 each to
the other in hand paid, the ~receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, mort-
gagor and mortgagee agree as follows:
1. The $140, 000.00 promissory note dated September 10, 1968 due
by mortgagor to mortgag~e with interest at the rate of 6-3/4°~o per annum
shall be payable in sixty (60) successive monthly principal payments of
$777. 77 each beginning February 20, 1969; interest on the unpaid balance
at the specified rate to be paid with each principal payment; and on February
