due and payable forthwith. The indebtedness secured by said promissory
note may be prepaid in whole or in part without penalty at any tune.
. 2. The parties hereto and hereby specifically covenant and agree
that except as herei.n and hereby modified all other covenants, terms and
conditions more particularly set forth in said mortgage deed, the said
supplemental mortgage deed and the original promissory note thereby se-
cured shall remain in full force and effect.

3. This agreement shall be binding upon the parties hereto, and ~
their successors and assigns.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF the parties hereto have caused this mort-
gage modification "agreement to be executed in their respective corporate
names by officers thereunto duly authorized and the respective corporate
seals to be affixed the day and year first above written.
