hereinafter called the grantees:
WITNESSETH: That the grantors for and in con~ideration of the
sum of Ten and no/L00 ($L0.00) Dollars and other vliluable consider-
ations, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, hereby grant, bar-
gain, sell, alien, remise, release, convey and conf iron unto the
grantees, all that certain land situate in St. Lucie County, Florid ,
viz ; '
Lot 1, Block 26, Unit 4, I,AICEWOOD PARK SUBDIVISZON, as
per plat thereof recorded in the Public Records' of St.
Lucie County,_ Florida.
SUBJEGT TO any easements, reservations and restrictions
of record. SUBJECT TO first mortgage to First Federal Savings
and Loan, which grantees assume and agree to pay.
TOGETHER WITH all the tenements, hereditaments and appurten-
ances thereto belonging or in any wise appertaining.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, the same in fee simple forever.
AND the grantors hereby covenant with said grantees that the
~ grantors are lawfully seized of said land in fee simple; that the

j grantors have good right and lawful authority to sell and convey

~ said land; that the grantors hereby fully warrant the title to said
land and will defend the same against the lawFul claims of all per••

cept taxes accruing subsequent to December 31, 1968.
