For value received, we hereby sell, assign, and transfer to
LEON M. ADDISON and CLARA G. ADDISON, husband and wife, 2911 ~

Okeechobee Road, Fort Pierce, Florida, all our riqht, title and
interest in and to a certain Agreement for Deed dated January 15, ~

1968, between KELLY CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, a Florida corporation,
with its principal place of business in St. Lucie County, Florida,
and EtiOCH CALDWELL and LORRAINE FAY CALDWELL, his wife, of 2405
Royal Palm Dri~e, Fort Pierce, Florida, and covering the following
described real property, to-wit:
Lot 3, Block 3, SECOND ADDITION~ ORAN~E BLOSSQM ESTATES, St.
I,ucie County, Florida, as per plat thereof on file in Plat
Book 14, page 2, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
Subject to•all restrictions, reservations, easements and
protective covenants of record,

There is now due on said contract the sum of $19,431.95
to KSLLY CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, a Florida corporation, with interest
thereon at 6.759G per annum from August 15, 1968. There is further f

due a first mortgage to the First Federal Savings & Loan Association '
of Fort Pierce with a balance due of approximately $16,235.54
v~hich said mortgage is recorded in the public records of St. Lucie
County, Florida. ,
