SAI~SON and IRIS T. SAI~SON, his wife, and WILLIAM F. SAI~SON and
BONITA G. SAI~'SON, his wife, hereinafter called tne grantors, to
RICHARD H. BROWN and TERESA H. BROWN, his wife, whose post ~ffice
address is Rt. 2 Box 6490, Fort Pierce, Florida.
hereinafter called the grantees:
- WITNESSETH : That the grantors f or and in cons iderat ion of the
sum of Ten and no/100 ($10.00) Dollars and other valuable cons~der••
ations, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, hereby grant, bar-
gain, sell, alien, remise, release, convey and confirm unto the
grantees, all that certain land situate in St. Lucie County, Florid ,
viz:
Lot 12, Block 55, Unit 5, LAKEWOOD PARK'SUBDIVISION, as
per plat thereof recorded in the Fublic Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida. ~
SUBJECT TO any easements, reservations and restrictions
of record. SUBJECT TO mortgage to First Federal Savings & Loan
which grantees assume and agree to pay.
TOGETHER WITH all the tenements, hereditaments and appurten~ ~
ances thereto belonging or in any wise appertaining.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, the same in fee sitnple forever.
AND the grantors hereby covenant with said grantees that the
; grantors are lawfully seized of said land in fee simple; that the ~

grantors have good right and lawful authority to sell and c~nvey

land and will defend the same against the lawFul clai.ms of all per-
