~ ment of W. N~ CROOKS, deceased, first party, to MYRTLE E. CROOKS,
a widow, and CHARLES W. CROOKS, i~dividually, whose mailing address
is Post Office Box 3110, Fort Pierce, Florida, second parties:
WHEREAS, W. N. Crooks died on the 28th day of October, 1966,
leaving a Last Will and Testament which has been duly admitted to probate
and recad in St. Lucie County, Florida, which Will devised the herein-
after described real property to the second parties hereof, share and
share alike; and
- WHEREAS, the estate of W. N. Crooks, deceased, has been duly

administered in the Court of the County Judge of St. Lucie County, Florida;
inheritance taxes due the State of Florida and the United States have been
paid; all expenses of administration and debts of the decedent have been
paid and the Court has entered its order discharging Charles W. Crooks
of and from further liability in connection with the administration of said -

NOW, THEREFORE, to evidence the distribution of the real assets
of said estate, this quit claim deed witnesseth that Charles W. C rooks, a s
Executor of the Last Will and Testament of W. N. Crooks, deceased, for and
in consideration of the sum of $1.00 to him in hand paid by the said second
parties, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does hereby remise,
~ release and quit- claim unto the said second parties forever, all the right,
