ARTICLES OF AGREEMENT
Made this 0~ day of ~~~(~I'Z , 1968, by and between
CLAUDE H. COMHS and LOUISE L. COMBS, his wife, hereinafter referred
to as "FIRST PARTIES" and JIMMY DSAN EVANS and ROSIE LOUISS BVANS,
his wife, 212 Gardenia, ~'ort Pierce, Florida; hereinafter referred
to as "SECOND PARTIES"; ~
W I T N E S S E T H:
That if the Second Parties shall first make the payments and
perform the covenants hereinafter mentioned on their part to be made
and performed, First Parties hereby.covenant and agree to convey and
assure to Second Parties, their heirs, executors, administrators or
assigns, in fee simple, free fram all encumbrances, by a good and
sufficient Warranty Deed, the following described property situate
in St. Lucie County, Florida:
Lot 5, Block 9, Re-Plat of SUNSET PARR, as per Plat Book
11, page 28, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
And Second Parties hereby covenant and agree to pay First Parties
the`~m of $12,500, with interest at the rate of 796 per annum, as

$250 on or before the signing of this Agreement, receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged;
$200 on November 15, 1968, $200 on Decesaber 15, 1968, and the
balance of the sales price in monthly installments of $100
: Z o per month beginning November 1, 1968, and on the lst day of
X each succeeding month thereafter until the whole be fully paid. ,

~i m~~ Parties an annual statement, no later than February 15, of

~ i interest, to ta~ces and insurance from payments made during

If the above-mentioned monthly payments are not received by ~
the 7th day of eacb month, a late charge of $2.50 shall be
added to each of said delinquent monthly payments;
