AFTER DATE, FOR VALUE RECEIVED, the undersigned.promises ~
to pay to tbe order of FLORENCE S. MARKOWITZ, NARRY MARKOWITZ, MORRIS ~
LOMASKIN, THOMAS P. MARKOWITZ, HARRY MARKOWITZ, as Trustee for ROBERT ,
LOU~S MARKOWITZ, under Trust Agreement dated April 3, 1946, and
FLOREN(:E S. MARKOWITZ, as Trustee.for JERRY MAURICE MARKOWIT2, under
Trust Indenture dated December 30, 1949, tbe principal sum of
$80,000.00, together with interest thereon at tbe rate of 7 1/2X per
annum from date hereof. 1t~e principal and interest shall-be payable
~ in the following installmenta, and on the following days; to•wit:
Interest in the first instance shall be paid on
February 1, 1969.
A principal payment of $9,000.00 shall be pafd ,
on February 1, 1969.

The sum of $843.48 shall be paid on February 1, . ~ ~
1969, and a like sum of $84~~48 shall be paid on ~
the first day of each and every succeeding month ;
tbereafter until the entire balance oF principal
and interest shall have been paid in full. Each
of the monthly installments, berein provided for,

shall be applied first to interest, figured on the 4
diminisbing and unpaid principal baiances at the
, rate oF 7~~ per annum from February 1, 1969, and ~
af terwarus to prfncipal, with the interest in eacb ~
; instance being computed (and each payment ~
correspondingly applied) on the unpaid principal ~
~ balance from the date up to which interest was then
f most recently pafd until the date oF the payment of

All payments coming due hereunder shall be paid to the payees or
holders in care of HARRY MARKOWITZ, 12501 N. W. 27 Avenue, Miami, ;
Florida 33168, or at such other place or places as the said HARRY
MARKOWITZ may from time to time specify fn writing.
The maker and all other persons no~ or hereafter liable for the
payment of the within note do hereby waive demand, presentment for
payment, protest and notice of nonpayment or of disbonor; and {
agree that if, by reason of default in the payment of the within
note, the payees or holders employ an attorney-at-law to collect
~ or otherwise enforce the terms of the ~itt~in note to pay all costs
~ of court and reasonable attorney's fees incurred or expended by
such payees or holder.
Failure of the maker or any other person, ro w or bereafter liable
for tbe payment of tbe wftbia mote, to pay any installment of
