after wbile such failure continues uncured, the privilege of
accelerating and calling due the entire unpaid balance of principal

contained notwithstanding. ~
Larger ~~s, includirg the entire ~npaid balance, may be paid at any
time si:er January 2, 1969, on the within note. All payments in
excess oF the $9,000.00 principal installment due February 1, 1969,
or the regular monthly payments shall be applied in reduction of
the principal balance of the within note, and tbe making of said
payments will not relfeve tbe malcer from payit~g the regular montbly
installments provided_for in this note.
This note is secured by a awrtgage of even date herewith executed
by the maker and by H. J. ROSS and DONNA ROSS, his wife, as
mortgagors, unto the payees, as mortgagees, encumbering property
in Dade County, Florida, and St. Lucie County, Florida; and the
acceleration period of thirty.; d8y$ provided for in the aforementfoned
~ mortgage amd the acceleration oF thirty:~ days provided for in th.is
note shall run contemporameously and not successively.
