" (h) Subordination of this mortgage as required ~ hereby shall mean subordi.nation to a real estate nartgage en- cumbering only Parcel 1 and any conditional assign~ent of rents given in conjunction therewith; and if this uartgage is subordinated Co a temporary construction mortgage, the instru+ ment of subordiria tion will subordinate this mortgage to such E 'j temporary construction mortgage only as to Parcel 1.
