. (v) With final pay ~aenr for each
subpoition of the 3ob, I~ortgagors shall deliver
to M~rtgagees suf fic ient proof that all con-
~ struction costs through such subportion are
paid and that there are no lien claims out-
~ ; standir?g; and, upon such final payment,
Mortgagors shall deliver to Mortgagees the
contracto ~'s affidavit which, by statute, is
a condition precedent to the right of such
contractor to receive final payment. "
(h) Subordination of this mortgage as required ~
hereby shall mean subordi.nation to a real estate nartgage en-
cumbering only Parcel 1 and any conditional assign~ent of rents
given in conjunction therewith; and if this uartgage is
subordinated Co a temporary construction mortgage, the instru+
ment of subordiria tion will subordinate this mortgage to such

f quently, if, and by such instrument as may be required by the

~ permanent M~ortgagee~, l~brtgagees will subordinate to the lien #
of the peYmanent mortgage, whether the same is closed by `

creation of a new mortgage or by assignment and modification ~
of the temporary co~ truction murtgage. The "date'' of the

. permanent mortgage shall mean the date upon which the permanent {
mortgage loan is disbursed. The "date" of a combinatfon
~ mortgage shall mean the date upon whic h constant, level (as
distinguished from interest-only) payments commence. The
"term of a mortgage" involved shall be deemed to commen ce on
