HomeMy WebLinkAbout0064 \ mortgage, the duty of maintaining such mortgage, the note secured thereby, and any other documents which are related thereto, in good standing in accordance with their respective terms and `J without default shall be the obligation of Mortgagors; and Mortgagors shall make all payments and perform all other obliga- tions required of M~rtgagors thereby at the time when, under + . the terms thereof, such payment should be made or such obliga- tion perfora~ed; and the failure of Mortgagors to keep any such superior mortgage in good standing shall constitute the Irbrtgagors in default under this mortgage, anything in the note secu red hereby or in Chis mortgage to the contrary notwith- - standing.
