Markowitz, 12501 N. W. 27th Avenue, Miami, Florida. Nothing
herein contained shall be consCrued as preventing the parties
hereto, respectively, from changing the place to which notfce
shall be addressed, but no such notice shall be valid unless
it is given,in acoo rdance with the terms of this paragraph.
12. The provisions of this m~rtgage shall be
binding upon and inure to the benefit of the M~ortgagors and
the Mc~rtgagees, and their respective heirs, legal representa-'
tives, successors and assigns, and the Mortgagees, by the - .
acceptance and recordation of this mortgage, have agreed to
the terms and conditions hereof. ~
13. Parcel 1 has been conveyed to the Mortgagor
other than H. J. Ross and Donna Ross, his wife, subject-to

Dade County, Flori da, from Daniel Serott and Fannie Serott, his
wife, to Greater Miami Federal-Savings and Loan Association
regarding an original indebtedness of $35,000.00. ~ortgagees ~
