WHEREAS, GENERAL D£VELOPMENT CORPORATION, e Delawere corporetion
authorized to transact business in the State of Florid9, hereinefter
referred to as aE~TER,AL, as owner of the folloWing described property
situate, lying and being 3n 3t.Lucie County, Florida, to-wit: SOUTH
PORT ST.LIICIE UNIT SFVEN, e subdivision in 3t.Lucie County, Floride,
according to tha plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 1!~ at Page 2l~. oF
the Public Records of St.Lucie County, Florida, did heretofore cause
to be recorded certein Declaration of Restrictions dated August 6,
1967, f iled September 8, 1967 in 0. R. Book 168 at Pages 493 thru
1197, inclusive, of the Public Records oP S~t.Lucie County, Floride;
a nd
WAEREAS, GFNERAL at the preaent time remains the f ee owner of ell of
the lots 3n the subdivision plat a~orestated; and
WHERTAS, GENERAL do.es now propose to amend said Declaration of Re-
strictions es more particularly hereinafter set forth.
NOW, THERTFORE, paragreph 1 of the a.foresaid Declaration of Re~
strictions is amended to read as follows:
1. Al1 lots in blocks 158 and 159 shall be known
and described as single famfly residence lots,
and no struature shall be constructed or
erected on ar~r single family residence lot
other tha n one single family dWelling not to

Except as herein set forth, the Decleration or Reatrictions hereto-
fore recorded in 0. R. Book 168 at Pages l~93 thru !~9?, inclusive,
of the Public Recorda oY St.Lucie County, Floride, are ratified,
confi~mad and reimposed.
