MINUTES OP OPEN MEETING OP

AFRICA AND AUSTRALIA
A specially called general open meeting of the members
of SILVER LTsAP IADGE KIVIIG~iTS OP~'PYIHIAS, NORTH AMERICA, SOVIH
AMERICA, EUROPE, ASIA, APRICA AND AUSTRALIA, not incorporated
under the Laws of Plorida~ was held on December 5, 1967,
=196?~ at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Plorida, pursuant ~
to oral notice to each of the members. A majority of the
~ members were present and Willie Minus acted as Chairman and
~

Willie Gibson acted as Secretary of the Meeting.

The Chairman stated the purpose of the Meeting was to
consider ~nd approve the execution of the necessary Deed and
documents involved in the sale of property described herein
in Port Pierce~ St. Lucie County, Plorida~ to HOWARD P. HOWE,
to-wit: ~
Lots 1 and 2~ Block "A", ALAMANDA VISTa
SUBDIYISION, according,, to a Plat thereof
on f ile in Plat Book .0, at page 49 of the
~ Public Records of St. Lucie County, Flvrida;
~ less rig.ht«of-way for road pt~rposes.
Upon motion duly made and seconded the following-,
Resolution was unanimously approved:
"Be it resoived that the sale to Howard F. Howe
' be and the same is hereby approved and that in
arder to carsy out the sale the Trustees for the
Co~rporatios and for the Silver Leaf Lodge Knights
of Pythi~s~ North America, South America, Surppe,
As~a, Africa and Austral~a, are hereby empowered
