his wife, hereinafter called the parties of the first part, and CLIF'PON HAMIL

WITNESSETH:
Thar if the said party of the second part shall first
rriake the payments ~and perform the covenants hereinafter mentioned on his

part to be made and performed, the said parties of the first part hereby
` covenant and a ee to conve and assure to the said

~ his heirs, executors, administrators or assigns, in fee simple, by a good 1

ments thereon, lying, being and situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, toMwit:
The West 18 feet of Lot 5 and the East
42 feet-of Lot 6 of DUKE SUBDIVISION,
according to a plat thereof on file in
Plat Book 9, Page 34 of the Public Records
of St, Lucie County, Florida.
