part shall have the right to re-enter and take possession of the premises
aforesaid. without being lial~le therefor to any action. The parties of the
second part are given the expreas privilege of making two or more payments
( on any installment due date without penalty, but the making of such additional
~ payments shall not emend the time of the next due payment. ~
IT IS MUNALLY AGREED by and between the parties hereto that
the time of each payment shall be an essendal part of this contract and that
all covenants and agreements herein contained shall extend to and be obliga-
~ tory upon the heirs, executors, administ~ators and assigns of the respective
i~ -
parties.
