TOGETHER with and including the followinq items of
personal property, naiaely, all fixtures~ which are a
part of the house located on said real property, fn-
cludinq all carpets, drapes, rugs, refrigerator, snack
bar chairs, one patio table, the benches in the foyer,
and any other items of personal property which the
Sellers shall leave with the Huyers.
This is a Purchase Money Second Mortqaqe and is inferior to a
first mortgaqe witti JOHN HANCOCR INSURANCE COMPANY, being serviced ~
by Atico Financial Corporation, which mortqage~the mortgaqors here-
- in assume and aqree to pay. . ~
In the event that the mortqagors default in any payment or condi-
tion stipulated in any prior mortgaqe for a period of sixty days, or
in the event of any.default in a prior mortgaqe so as to cause such
prior mortgaqe to be accelerated and become due and payable durinq
the continuance of this mortgaqe, then the entire sums secured by
this mortqaqe shall become due and payable at the option of the mort
qagee.
The Mortgagors covenant and aqree to make all payments and per-
form all conditions and covenants called for in any prior mortgages
now incumberinq the property, and in the event of default in any suc
payment or payments, conditions or stipulations, the mortgaqee,
without waivinq the optivn to foreclose herein reserves the riqht to
make such payments or perform such conditions or stipulations, so
as to maintain the prior mortgages and prevent a foreclosure there-
of. Any and all auch sums paid or expenses incurred on behalf of
the mortgaqors, toqether with interest prescribed in the note under-
lying this mortqaqe, shall be added to the mortgaqe irtdebtedness
and be secured by this mortqage.
Privi2eqe ie reserved to prepay this note and mortgaqe, in whole,
or in part, at any time without notice and without penalty.
That the mortqaqors may not sell this property without the ex-
press consent of the mortqaqees until auch time as this mortqaqe is
paid in full_, Which consent shall not be unreasonably Nithheld, and
shall be detesmined in the same manner that Citizens Federal
approves tranafers.
