under the provisions of a cer.tain Trust Agreement dated the 25th
day of September, 1968, and known as TRUST NUMB$R 4, hereinafter
called the Grantor, to ST. LUCI$ COUNTY SROSION DISTRICT, a Specfal
Taxing District of the State of Florida, whose postoffice address is
P. O. Box 700, Fort Pierce, F2orida 33450, hereinafter called the
Grantee;

That the Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of $1.00
and other valuable considerations, receipt whereof is hereby acknowl-
edged, by these presenta does grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise,
release, convey and confirm unto the Grantee, its successors and as-
signs, all that certain land situate in St. Lucie County, Florida,
to-wit:
From a concrete monument at the Northwest corner of
Government Lot 5, Section 1, Township 35 South, Range
40 East, in the City of Fert Pierce, St. Lucie County,
Florida, run North 81° 30' 45" East, along the South
line of OCEAN VIEW SUBDIVISION, as per plat thereof
recorded in Plat Book 6, page 61, St. Lucie County, ~
