- I, L. BDWARD MANDELI., presentiy residing in Port
Pierce, Plorida, being of sound r?ind aud body, and considering
the uncertainty and happenstance of this frail and transitorq
life, do therefore make, ordain, pubiish and deciare this my
Last Will and Testament, that is to say as follows:
PIRST: I direct that my earthi~ body be disposed
of in a prope nner, and ail of my lawfui debts and obligations
~ be paid and discharged in fuii.
S_: I hereby give and bequeath to my wife~
ROSB MANDELL, presently residing in Port Pierce, Plorida, that
portion of my estate to which she might be entitied by virtue
of the dower laws of the State of Piorida, and nothing more, it
' being my intent and purpose under this Will not to deprive my
; said wife of her rightful portion and share of my estate, but

, to le ave to her oniy that portion of my estate to which she might ~
be entitled as a matter of law and dower interest. ~
THIRD: The balance of my said estate, wheresoever ~

situate and located, whether real or personal property or mixed,
I hereby give and bequeath to my beloved grandchildren CAROL
MFNASSB of Morristown, New Jerseq, MADELIN WEISS of Bronx, New
York, and LARRY WBISS of Bronx, New York, in equal shares, share
and share alike; provided,~however, that in the event anp of ~
~ said grandchildren shall be under the age of twenty-one years ~
at the time of my death, then and in that event~ I do hereby
give and bequeath the share to which the said grandchild shail

be entitled. to my brother, ALBERT MANDELL~ of Miami, Piorida,
in trust, nevertheless, for the use and benefit of said grand-
child who shall be under the age of twenty-one years, to be
held bq him ia trust untii such time as each of said grandchiidren
