petitions this Court for the entry of an Order approving and , ;

- Agreement executed by him and the Wife of the deceased, and
says: r
1. Decedent, at the time of his death, 3eft
the following assets as his total estate: .
a. T~vo United States Government Savings Bonds,
each having a present approximate value of ~
$375.00.

; b. A Television Set.

~ c. A contingent or possible interest in and to
~ certain improved real estate in St. Lucie County, '
Plorida.

. 2. That, in order to conserve said estate and ;
to avoid lengthy and costly litigation with R06B MANDELL, wife ~
of the deceased, surrounding possi~le interest in said real ~

estate, Petitioner and Rose Mandell entered into an Agreement ~
as to the disposition of the assets of said estate, all of which
~ more fully appears in the original of said Agreement attached
~ hereto.
3. That Petitioner feels that it is to the best
interests of said estate and the heirs thereof that 8aid Agree-

ment be approved by thia Court. '
