maq have a claim upon certain property hereinafter described

i which was, prior to the death of L. BDWARD MANDBLL, conveyed

~ 'in.such a manner as to attempt to create an interest therein
in the Wife, but w~ich conveyance may be defective inaofar as •
the interest of the said estate therein may be concerned, and

between the parties hereto as regards the interests in and to
the hereinafter described property, and for the purpose of
conserving the assets of said estate, the parties hereto have
