remarried, 3oined by the Bxecutor, shail, by good and suf-
ficient Warranty Deed, convey to the Wife and the Bxecutor,
the following described property, situate., lying and beiag
in Pt. Pierce, St. Lucie County, Plorida, to-wit:
~ Lot 10, Block 13, SUNLAND GARD~TS, as per
Piat in Piat Book 8, Page 32, of the Public
Records of St. Lucie Countq, Plorida; together
wifih the improvements thereon and all of the
furniture, furnishings and fixtures therein
contained;
thereby making the Wife and the Bxecutor Tenants in Common
in said property.~
- 2. That said property, being presentlq under

contract for sale, shail be sold in accordance with the terms ~

of said agreement, subject, however, to the approval of the ~

aforementioned Countq Judges Court. If, however, for any ~
r~ason, said present agreement for sale shall fail for any I

reason, the said propertq shail immediately be piaced upon
the real estate market for sale for the best offer received, ~
again, however, subject to the approval of said Court. The ~

Wife shall not, under any circumstances, withhold her approval

i for said sale, and shall, upon proper demand made by the `

~ Bxecutor, sign any and all necessary papers and instruments for '
the sale thereof . ~

3. That the estate of L. F.DWARD MANDELL is ~
without funds with which to maintain said property in any manner
w~atsoever. Untii said property shall have been soid, the Hiife
~ shall furnish all funds necessary to keep up said property, and
shall be reimbursed, out of the proceeds of any said sale, to
the extent of one-haif of all such funds so advanced

4. The estate of L. EDWARD MANDELL is presently
indebted uato the Executor in the sum of 1W0 HUNDRED ZWEN'I'Y- !
