for and on behalf of the Wif e, and shall use said funds for
the aforementioned expenses and expenditures. Of the Other
of said Bonds, the Bxecutor shali cause same to be converted
into cash, the funds thereof to be remitted unto the Wife.
It is understood and agreed that, upon the sale of the prop-
ertq above mentioned, the Wife shall first receive therefrom~
a sum equal to one-half of whatever swns shail have been ex-
pended out of the proceeds of the first 'bond for maintainance
and upkeep of said property, pius a sum equai to whatever
else shall have been spent out of the proceeds of said first
~ond, and shall also receive one-half of the net proceeds
realized out of said sale.
5. In addition to her acquisition of the ,

proceeds of said ~onds as abovementioned, the Wife shall ~t

receive, of and from the estate of L. EDWARD IrfANDELL, deceased,
a certain Television Set as her own and exclusive property.
6. That this agreement, when executed by the
parties hereto, sball be subject to the approval of the afore-

' binding upon the parties_hereto, and, when so approved, shali

signs of the parties herein.
In return for. ali of the foregoing, and
in consideration of these presents, the Wife does hereby waive
any and ali right she ever had, now has, or may in the future
