and the said party of the first part shall have the right to re-
enter and take possession of the premises afareaid, without being
liable for any action therefor.
IT IS MUTUALLY AGREED by and between the parties hereto that
the time of each payment shall be an essen~`ial part of this
Agreement, and that all covenants and agreer~ents herein contained
shall extend to and De obligatory upon the heirs, executors, ad-
miniatrators and assigns of the respective parties.
