WHER$AS, the District is undertakinq an erosion control project on ,
the South Heach at Fort Pierce, Florida, and in order to Becure Federal
participation in the cost of said project, it is neceasary that the new-
ly created beach seaward of a uniform and eatablished line be in public
ownership.
NOW, ~REFORS, for and in consideration of the benefits accruing
to the Ownera, said Owners do hereby remise, release and quitclaim unto
the Dietrict, its successore and assigna, all the right, title, interest,
claim and demand, including riparian and littoral rights, wt~ich the -
Owners have in and to the following deacribed land in St. Lucie County, ,
