Special Taxing Diatrict of the State of Florida, hereinafter called the

WHER$AS, the District is undertaking an eroaion control project on
the South Heach at Fort Pierce, Florida, and in order .to secure Federal
participation in the cost of said project, it is necessary that the new-
ly created beach aeaward of a uniform and establiahed line be in public
ownership.
NOF1. THERSFORL, for and in consideration of the b~nefits accruing
to the Owners, said Owners do hereby remise, release and quitclaim unto ;

the District, its successors arid assigns, all the right, title, interest,
claim and demand, including riparian and littoral righte, which the ~
Owners have in and to tlie ~ollowing described land in.St. Lucie County,
Florida, to-wit:
