SUBORDINATION AGREEMENT
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESB PRESENTS that whereas it is proposed by
the ST. LUCIE COUNTY EROSION DISTRICT, hereinafter called the District,
to construct and maintain an erosion control project on the South
Beach at Fort Pierce, Florida, and
WH$RSAS, a portion of the lands involved and necessary to said
project are subject to the following described encumbrances held by

and
WHEREAS, on behalf of.the District a request has been made for the
undersigned to subordinate said encwnbrarice to the property rights of
the District in and to the portion of the lands hereinafter described.
