MODIFICATION AND AMBNDMENT OF ARTICLES OF AGRBBMENT
THIS MODIFICATION AND AMB~~v BNT OF ARTICLFS OF

WITNBSSBTH:
WHSREAS, the partiea hereto did enter into a certain

WHEREAS, the a.bove legal description is erroneous in that,

~ through inadvertence and mietake, the same dces not fiilly described all of
~ the lands intended by the parties to be included therein. And
WHEREAS, the parties have mutually agreed that said
Articles of Agreement should be amended so as to r~flect the proper and full
legal description of all the lands intended by the parties to be included
therein.
NOW THEREFORE in consideration o~ the premises as well
as the aum of Ten Dollara in fie.nd paid this date to each party by the other
