WI~R$AS, the District ia undertaking an erosion control project on
the South Heach at Fort Pierce, Florida, and in order to secure Federal

participation in the coat of eaid project, it_is neceasary that the new-
ly created beach seaward of a uniform and eatablished line be in publie
ownership. ~

NOW, THEREFORS~ for and in consideration of the benefits accruinq
to the Owners, said Owners do hereby remise, release and quitclaim unto
the District, its successors and aseigns, all the right, title, interest,
claim and demand, includinq riparian and littoral righta, which the ~
Owners have in and to the following deacribed land in.St. Lucfe County,
Florida, to-wit: ~ ~
