participation in the cost of said project, it is neceseary that the new-
ly created beach seaward of a uniform and establiahed line be in public

to the Owners, said Owners do hereby remiae, release and quitalaim unto
the Dietrict, ita successors and asaigns, all the right, title, intereat,
claim and demand, including riparian and littoral righta, which the ~
Owners have in and to the followinq described land in.St. Lucie County~,
