The United States, party of the first part, and JOHN RUSSELL AKINS and

~ WHEREAS, the parties of the second part executed a mort-
gage to the party of the first part on property described in said mortgage,
which mortgage was dated September 28, 1964, recorded in Official Reoord
Book 100, page 255, pt:blic records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and which
mortgage secured the original amount of $13, 500. 00; which said mortgage

WHEREAS, parties of the second part desire ta obtain a
future advance under said mortgage dated September 28, 1964 by Open End
Note dated December 18, 1968, in the amount of $2, 700.00 with interest at ~
