hereinaft~r called the "Ownera", to ST. L~CIB CO~iTY BROSION DISTRICT, a
Special Taxing Diatrict of the State of Florida, hereinafter called the
"District",

wI~R$AS, the Diatrict is undertaking an eroaion control pro~ect on
the South Heach at Fort Pierce,~Florida; and in order to secure Federal ~
participation in the coat of eaid project, it is neceesary that the new-
ly created beach seaward of a uniform and established line be in public
ownership.
NOh1, TA$REFORE, for and in consideration of the benefits accruing
to the Ownera, said Owners do hereby remise, release and quitclaim unto
the District, its succesaors and assigns, all the right, title, intereet,
claim and demand, includinq riparian and littoral righte, which the ~
Owners have in and ta the following described land in.St. Lucie County,
Florida, to~wit:

Lot 7, Block 1, TROPICAL BEACH SUBDIVISION as per plat there-
of on file in Plat Book 9, page 26, of the Pubiic Records of
St. Lu~ie County, Florida, ~ ~

For a point of reference, coaunence at the Southeast cor-
ner of Section l, Tawnship 35 South, Ranqe 40 East; thence .
proceed on ari asaumed bearing of "East" along the extended
South line of said section a distance of 89.76 feet to the
POINT OF BEGINNING; thence proceed on a bearinq of North
20° 27' 40" West a distance of 702.00 feet to a point,
said point beinq on a bearing of South 89° 32' 20" West
and a distance of 131.23 feet to the Southwest corner of
Block l, Plat Hook 9, page 26t thence proceed on a bearinq
