hereinafter called the "Ownere", to ST. LUCIS COt~lTY $ROSION DISTRICT, a
Special Taxinq Dietrfet of the~~State of Florida, hereinafter called the
"District",

wHERSAS, the District is undertaking ari ero8ion control project on
the South Beach at Fort Pierce, Florida, and in order to secure Federal~
pa?rticipation in the cost of eaid project, it ia necessary that the new-
ly created beach seaward of a uniform and eatabliehed line be in public
ownership. -
NOh1, THEREFORR, for and,~consideration of the benefits accruinq
to the Owners, said Owners do hereby remise, release and quitclaim unto
the District, ite successors and assigna, all the right, title, intereat,~
claim and dea?and, ineludinq riparian and littoral rights, which the ~
Owriers have in ~and to the following described land in.St. Lucie County,
Florida, to-wit:
That part of the following deacribed parcel: ~
Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 8, Block 14, OCEAN VIEW,a Subdivision
as per plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 6, page 61,
of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida
lying Easterly of the following deacribed line:
For a point of reference, commence at the Southeast cor-
ner of Section l, Tawnship 35 South, Range 40 $ast; thence
' proceed on an assumed bearing of "East" along the extended
South line of said aection a distance of 89.76 feet to the
POINT OF BBGINNING; thence proceed on a bearing of North , t
