wI~R$AS, the District is undertakinq an erosion control project on
the South Beach at Fort Pierce, Florid~, and in order to seeure Federal
participation in the coat of said project, it is neceesary that the new-
ly created beach seaward ot a uniform and established line be in publie
ownership.
NOW, THSRSFOIt$, for and in consideration of the benefits accruing
to the Owners, said Owners do hereby reiniee, release and quitclaim unto
the DiBtrict, its successors and assigns, all the right, title, intereet,
claim and demand, including riparian and littoral righta, which the
Owners have in and to the following described land ia.St. Lucie County, ~
Florida, to-wit:
That part of the following described parcel:
Lots 8 and 9, Block l, REVISED PLAT(F PALM HP,VSN SUBDIVISION,
as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 8, page 44 of the ~
pubZic records of St. Lucie County,~Flaida .
