THIS QUITCLAIIK DS$D AND CONSENT, $xecuted this day of

hereinafter called the "Ownere", to ST. LUCI$ COiA~iTY $ROSION DISTRICT, a
Special Taxing District of the State of Florida, hereinafter called the
"Diatrict", •
W I T N E S S S T~i:
WHER$AS, the District is undertaking an erosion control project on
the South Beach at Fort Pierce, Florida, and in order to secure Federal
participation in the coat of said project, it is necessary that the new-
ly~created beach aeaward of a uniform and established line be in public
ownership.
NOW, THEREFOREt for and in consideration of the benefits accruinq
to the Owners, said Owners do hereby remise, release and quitclaim unto
the District, its successors and assigna, all the right, title, intereat,
claim and demand, including riparian and littoral rights, which the ~

Owners have in and to the following described land in St. Lucie County, ~

Lots 3 and 4, Block 3, REVISED MAP OF FT. PIBRCE BEACH, as
per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 8, page Z9 of the pub-
lic records of St. Lucie County, Florida, -
lying Easterly of the following described line:
For a point of reference, com~aence at the Southeast cor- ,
ner of Section l, Township 35 South, Range 40 $ast; thence
proceed on an assumed bearing of "Sast" along the extended
South line of said section a distance of 89.76 feet to the
POINT OF BEGINNING; thence proceed on a bearinq of North
20° 27' 40" West a distance of 702.00 feet to a point,
said point beinq on a bearing of South 89° 32' 20" weat
and a distance of 131.23 feet to the Southwest corner of
Block l,. Plat Book 9, paqe 26; thence proceed on a bearinq
of North 20° 27' 40" Weet a distance of 211.15 feet to a
