hereinafter called the "Owners", to ST. LUCIB COLA~ITY $ROSION DISTRICT, a
Special Taxinq Diatrict of the State of Florida, hereinafter called the

WI~R$AS, the District is undertakinq an eroaion control project on
the South Heach at Fort Pierce, Florida, and in order to secure Federal
participation i» the coat of said project, it is necessary that the new-
ly created beach seaward of a uniform and eatablished line be in public
ownership. ~
NOhT, THEREFORS~ for and in consideration of the benefits accruing
to the Ownera, said Owners do hereby reiaise, release and quitclaim unto
the District, its successors and assigns, all the right, title, interest,
claim and demand, including riparian and littoral righta, which the
Ownera have in and to the following deacribed land in.St. Lucie County,
Florida, to-wit:
That part of the following deacribed parcel: ~
Lot 6, Block 2, RI3VISED PZAT OF PALM HAVEN SUBDIVISZON, as
per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 8, page 44 of the
public records of St. Lucie County, Florida -
lyinq Easterly of the following described line:
For a point of reference, commence at the Southeast cor-
ner of Section l, Tawnship 35 South, Range 40 $ast; thence .
