Special Taxing Dietrict of the State of Florida, hereinafter called tt?e ~

W~RSAS, the District is undertaking an erosion control project on •
the South Heach at Fort Pierce, Florida, and in order to secure Federal
participation in the cost of said project, it is necessary that the new-
ly created beach seaward of a uniform and establiehed line be in public
ownership.
NOW, THEREFORS~ for and in consideration of the benefite accruinq
to the Owners, said Owners do hereby remise, release and quitclaim unto
the District, its auccesaors and assigns, all the right, title, interest,
claim and demand, including riparian and littoral righte, whieh the
~wners have in and to the following deecribed land in.St. Lucie County,
Florida, to-wit:
That part of the following described parcel:
Lots 6 and 7, Block 1•4, OCEAN VIEW, a subdivision as per
'plat tnereof as recorded in Plat Book 6, page 61, Public ~
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida . '
lying Easterly of the following deacribed line:
For a point of reference, ~ommence at the Southeast cor-
ner of Section 1, Taw~r??ship 35 South, Range 40 East; thence .
proceed on an asawaed bearing of "East" along the extended
South line of said section a distance of 89.76 feet to the
POINT OF FsEGINNING; thence proceed on a bearing of North ,
