WITNSSS$TH: That the said•partiea of the first part, for and in
consideration of ttie sum of One Dollar ($1.00) and other valuable con-
siderations paid by the party of the second part, the receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged, do grant, bargain and sell to the safd party
of the second part, its successors and assigns, a right-of-way in St.
Lucie County, Florida~ described as follows, to-wit:

For a point of reference commence at the Southwest corner of
West Wind Subdivision as recorded in Plat Book 13, page 30,
St. Lucie County, Florida public records, said point being
the POB; thence proceed Southerly on the extended West line
of said Subdivision a distance of 67.72 feet to a point;
said po~.nt being'~he Southeast~coruer of existing Avenue "O"
right of way as described in Deed ~ook 145, page 185; thence
proceed Sasterly and parallel to the South boundary of said
subdivision a distance of 345.0 feet to a point; thence pro-
ceed Northerly along the extended East line of said subdivi-

the Southeast corner of said subdivision; thence proceed West-
