THIS DS$D 3s made for the purpose of giving and granting to the
party of the second part, its successors, legal representatives and
assigns, a right of way for public highway and drainage purposes; and
the said parties of the first part do hereby Eully warrant the title
to said lands, and will defend the same against the lawful claims of
all persons whomsoever. ;
