the South Heach at Fort Pierce, Florida, and in ozder to aecure Federal
participation in the coet of said project, it is neceseary that the new-
ly created beach seaward of a uniform and eatablished line be in publie
owtierahip. .
NOD+1, THBREFORS, for and in consideration of the benefits accruing
to the Owners, said Owners do hereby remiee, release and quitclaim unto
the Diatrict, its successors and asBigns, all the right, titl~, intereat,
claim and demand, including riparian and littoral riqhts, which the ~
Owners have in and to the following described land in.St. Lucie CounCy,
Florida, to-wit:
That part of the followinq deacribed parcel:
Lot 1, Block 1, TROPICAL BEACH SUBDIVISION, as per plat
thereof on file in Plat Book 9, page 26, of the Public ~
